- Raymond Minella was an investment banker for Merrill Lynch whose company served as Eastern Air Lines' primary investment banking institution. Minella's interview is in two parts. The first interview introduces Eastern's struggles in the bargaining history and how Minella attempted to serve the needs of the negotiations as its investment representative.
