- Description:
- String instrument musicians gather for a performance at WSB Radio. Mrs. William Butt Griffith stands at left with a harp. Miss Lucile Quarterman holds a banjo. Several other musicians are seen with harps and other string instruments. An excerpt from an attached article reads: The Griffith organization is perhaps the largest mandolin and guitar club in the south, and one of the largest in the country. Participating in the radio entertainment at WSB were approximately 100 banjoists, guitarists, mandolinists and harpists.
