- Palace Billiards Chili Parlor at 103 Pryor Street SW. Signs read: “For Rent Adams-Cates Co. 2nd Floor Grant Bldg.” and “Won’t You Hav-A-Tampa Cigar.” This item is part of a collection of images of downtown Atlanta streets that were taken before the viaduct construction of 1927 - 1929. Later, some of the covered streets became part of Underground Atlanta.
