- Hundreds gathered in Atlanta's Kirkwood neighborhood for the 2nd annual Lanta Gras parade. Lanta Gras is an annual New Orleans style Mardi Gras celebration, including floats and marching bands parading through the neighborhood streets. It was begun in 2016 by Shaun and Andy Greene, and also functions as a charity event for youth music education.
