- Newspaper assignment sheet attached to print verso identifies photographer (Neil McGahee): "Atlanta fireman looks from window of the Georgian Terrace Hotel at Peachtree and Pnce de Leon. The fire started on one of the middle levels of the deserted hotel and was quickly contained by Atlanta firefighters to one room." Newspaper caption attached to verso: "Georgian Terrace fire. Firefighters examine a room at the Georgian Terrace Hotel after dousing a blaze there Thursday afternoon. The hotel at 659 Peachtree St., N.E. has been closed recently for renovations, and no one was injured in the blaze. Fire officials said the blaze was contained to one room on the fourth floor. The cause has not been determined. The hotel opened in 1911 and is now on the National Register of Historic Places." Caption date-stamped "Fri Nov 9 - 1984 J."
