- Caption: "First at Pharr Center - This uniquely designed, $4 million structure is the first building to open in the projected $40 million Pharr Center by Environs Development Corp. of Atlanta on Pharr Road near Piedmont Road intersection. The structure, a combination of pyramid and reflective glass box, is nine stories and measures 100,000 square feet of office space. Environs' plans for Pharr Center include a health club, hotel, high-rise condominiums, restaurants and commercial shops connected by plazas, shaded walkways and courtyards on both sides of Pharr Road.
