- Caption: "Athens, Nov. 16. - Louise Suggs, Carrollton's golfing star who recently turned pro, drives from the No. 1 tee at Athens Country Club here Tuesday afternoon. Suggs teamed with R. M. (Pooley) Hubert in an exhibition to lose to Dot Kirby and Edsel Benson, 1 up. Both Kirby and Benson are amateurs, while Suggs and Herbert are pros. Louise fired a 79.
