- Printed on assignment sheet: "While a MARTA train rolls overhead a seaboard railroad crew unloads new RR ties into Inmann rail yard. The new tiles will lie for the new foundation of new rails to be placed in the yard soon." Caption: "Railroad repairs are right on track. As a MARTA train clips by overhead, a Seaboard System Railroad crew (above) unloads new crossties at Inman Rail Yard. The ties will provide the foundation for new rails to be laid soon. In the photograph at right, Danny McEachern (left) and Mike Harper load a few of the old ties, which will be donated to the Fayette County School System for landscaping.
