- Printed on assignment sheet: "Red Men's Parade--1895--to Exposition at Piedmont Park. 1st bldg, left, Concordia Hall. 2d-- Dr Andrew Calhoun's office 3d-- Dr Todd's office and dwelling 4th-- 1st Presbyterian church-- where Fed Reserve Bank now stands. Pony cart, was property of R L Bean, job printing firm owner, father of late W R Bean. In cart, driving, Richard Joyner (in cap) and little brother, son of "Cap" Joyner, for many years chief of Atlanta fire dept. In rear seat Whittie Warner Cone and Bertha Bean (Bush.) At pony's head, W R Bean, in soft hat, and Henry Bookout, in derby. Picture submitted by Miss Maude Bean, Norcross, Ga., sister of W R Bean." Printed on second sheet: "Red Men's Parade The fraternal order of Red Men long maintained a major wigwam in Atlanta. Here, members of the order gather at the Grady Monument, preparatory to marching to Piedmont Park for the Exposition of 1895."
