- Caption: "New Theater Shelters: Two all-weather shelters were completed Monday at Chastain Memorial Park. The shelters erected on the amphitheater perimeter will provide a dry spot of several thousand people in case of inclement weather. Theater-Under-the-Stars officials announced they have filled the largest number of advance ticket sales in the history of the summer series, 'The King and I' will open the season July 9. June 19, 1956"
