Striking telephone workers, carrying signs and flags, Monday paraded in front of downtown exchanges and the main telephone company building on Ivy St. Bedecked with a sign was a pup owned by one of the marchers. The little dog went the full route by side of his master. - Journal photo." Date-stamped "Apr 28 1947."
