- Newspaper caption attached to print verso identifies photographer Bill Wilson: "Last time around - Automobile workers at the General Motors plant in Doraville punch in for the last time early Thursday morning. Due to a shortage of steel, 2,500 employees will be laid off today. When these workers will return to work depends on the steel strike. See Page 46 of today's Journal for a national picture auto production." Date-stamped "Oct 29 [1959]."
