- Description:
- Print verso inscribed: "B.C. Yates & old stove in house wing where Mrs. Saylor lived." Bowling C. Yates was the first superintendent of Kennesaw Mountain National Battlefield Park. When a tornado blew off the roof of Woodlands main house, the Banjamin F. Saylor family moved into the kitchen wing, where Mrs. Adelaide Saylor died in 1942, the probable year of this photographic series.
