Caption: "Janitors picket MARTA over union posters. Janitorial union supporters picket MARTA headquarters on Piedmont Road Monday. The Service Employees International Union, which has the support of Jesse Jackson, is suing MARTA over its refusal to sell advertising space on buses for the union's election placards.
