The old meets the new as a streetcar from days gone by sits aboard a railway flatcar with the skyline of Atlanta for a backdrop. The streetcar, being leased by the National Railway Historical Society to Underground Atlanta, will be set up on tracks near Central-Alabama street ramp in time for the Dogwood Festival, which open April 7."
