BMW is building a plant in Greer, S.C., and plan to pay sub-union wages in construction and car production. Caption; Stewart Acuff Pres of Atlanta Ga. Labor Council (AFL-CIO) (right) is protesting with sheet metal workers in front of the Charles Evans BMW for fair treatment of the union worke[r]s in S.C." Newspaper caption attached to print verso: "Union protest.
