- Newspaper caption attached to print verso: "Moving Time At Georgia State: It's moving time at Georgia State University as more than 200 faculty members begin occupying a new $5.5 million classroom building on the corner of Ivy and Decatur streets. The first occupant of the building is Dr. Charles Yail (right), dean of the school of arts and sciences. A newly completed plaza (left) connects the 10-story building with the library and by a bridge with the business administration building. The plaza is the first of several to be built on the GSU campus. The area is landscaped with flowers, shrubs, fountains and study areas. Trees will be planted this fall.
