- Newspaper assignment sheet attached to print verso: "ASSIGNMENT#: 9201029. PHOTOG: Billy Downs. CAPTION INFORMATION: GA 400. This is where you will pay your toll on the new GA 400. Photo looking back north." Newspaper clipping: "Work on the Georgia 400 extension continues with construction moving along at the toll booth side (see above). If the road doesn't open for business in less than five months, the state will lose thousands of dollars in toll fees. When the work is completed, the highway will no longer end at the Perimeter, but will extend to Interstate 85 near Buckhead. The metro area's only toll road will require 50 cents from motorists using the 6.2 miles of highway. Special equipment and decals will allow motorists to prepay."
