- "Three men on a shovel. These three officials of Georgia State College ganged up to break ground Friday for a new $1,750,000 multi-purpose building at the college. The building will rise above the viaduct on Courtland Street, NE, and is expected to be finished by late 1964. It will be used mainly for student activities. Breaking the ground are, left to right, Dr. William Suttles, president Noah Langdale Jr., and Dr. Kenneth M. England." (Newspaper caption attached to verso of print).
