- Newspaper assignment sheet attached to print verso identifies photographer John Spink: "Artists from left to right, Anthony Carter (volunteer) David Fichter (commissioned artist) and Darrell Johnson (commissioned artist) work on the facade of the Seven Stages Theatre of Little Five Points where after the conference of Alliance for Cultural Democracy the concept of a celebration of theatrical arts was conceived to commission a mural to encompass the theater's philosophy with performers, actors and masks."
