- Photographic print (snapshot?) of pontoon, barge, or raft consisting of a heavily reinforced wooden platform mounted on long boats, the whole barge being propelled by another long boat with an outboard motor. The barge is towing a tank (Mark VIII?) across a Georgia river. Verso of print inscribed: "40-ton tank being towed across river on pontoon -- Fort Benning." Fort Benning occupies the old Bussey Plantation built along the Chattahoochee River. This scene may be the Chattahoochee River.
