- Designed by J. Reginald MacEachron, the home of the Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks Lodge No. 78 was dedicated in 1912. The Elks moved to a new headquarters in 1927. The structure (originally number 40 on the street) later served as the regional headquarters of the Salvation Army and as the Atlanta Union Mission. Inscribed on print verso: "Club House (Atlanta). 736 Peachtree Street NE."
