Davis orders a war dog to crawl, and the animal wriggles forward silently. His dirt-colored body can hardly be distinguished a few dozen yards away." Print verso bears the stamp of the Atlanta Journal, with inscribed numbers "5104," "Page 25," "Issue March 2," and "Photo C."
