But for Floyd Hill and seven other men from Cobb County on death row, time may be running out. There are 11 steps toward the death penalty, and two men are already at step number eight," and "Georgia's electric chair at Reidsville. Sharply conflicting views of penalty heard." Verso has numerous date-stamps "Jul 12 (?) 1972," "Sun Jan 24 1982 J C," "Sun Jun 01 1980 J/C," and "Mar 14, 1974 Journal." Stamped "Bill Grimes."
