Con," to pro-death penalty area that is cornered off for that particular group at the Jackson Prison facility where convicted murderer, Billy Mitchell was executed to death by the people of the state of Georgia. Blackwell who is from Macon, Georgia, came along with friends. "Shock a con" is not to be confused with soul-pop star Chaka Khan which is an obvious play on words."
