- Two newspaper captions attached to print verso: "Peachtree St., where Davison's and Henry Grady Hotel now stand. The buildings shown were Benjamin F. Abbott's home, the Leyden house and Governor's mansion." (inscribed with date "Jan 1, 1950), and "Peachtree St. where Davison's and Henry Grady Hotel now stand. View, early in 1900's, shows Benjamin Abbott's home, Leyden House, Governor's Mansion." The Leyden House was demolished in 1913.
