- AJC Assignment sheet attached to verso of print, gives Bill Rankin as the reporter and Louie Favorite as the photographer: "Address/directions: U.S. 11th Circuit Court of Appeals Courthouse on Forsyth Street, across from Tasty Town; two blocks from this building; it's the Elbert Tuttle Courthouse. Planned for: COnstitution, Friday, April 16, 1993. Story or idea: This is a profile of Elbert Parr Tuttle, a 95-year -old U.S. 11th Circuit Court of Appeals senior judge. Tuttle, who still comes to work everyday, led the court to integrate all of the South during the 1950s and 1960s. We will try to get a photo of jim inside one of the courthouse's two cavernous courtrooms.
