The speakers were part of an international Women's Day march and rally, which were used to publicize the plight of women under the Reagan administration. The march was sponsored by the metropolitan Atlanta chapter of the Coalition of Labor Union Women. Participants later marched to the Richard B. Russell federal building for more speeches." Caption stamped "Fri Mar 09 1984 J."
