Dr. Noah Langdale, president of Georgia State College, and Mrs. Langdale welcome Maria Hwu of Taiwan who was one of many foreign students honored at their annual dinner party given at their home on Tuxedo Road. Many guests wore their native dress. They represented the countries of Japan, China, Korea, Germany, Russia, Egypt, Iran, Brazil, Argentina, Peru and other South American and Central American areas." Caption stamped "May 9 1966 Constitution." Verso of print stamped with photographer's name "Bob Dendy." Langdale was president of Georgia State University from 1957-1988. Wallpaper behind Langdale's head has been painted over on print.
