Jack Gibson, the subject of the photo, organized this onvention 15 years ago. he is one of the first Black deejays and also used to host a show in Atlanta. Photographer: Dwight Ross, Jr. Caption: Dr. Jack "The Rapper" Gibson, Phd., talks to a reporter in his suite in the Atlanta Hilton Hotel and Towers. He is the man who puts on Jack The Rapper's Family Affair '91 which is a family reunion of those that are involved in the black music and black radio world nationwide. 1991-08-21."
