Description: Rapper Tupac Shakur and two policemen, brothers Mark and Scott Whitwell, were involved in an incident outside a Midtown hotel where an exchange of gunfire left the two cops wounded. Aggravated assault charges were issued by the Fulton County grand jury, and Whitwell was charged with making false official statements.
