Caption: "Ciro Leto was one of about 35 people protesting the closing by DeKalb County officials of New Beginning International Center, a shelter for homeless people who do not speak English, at 2295 Bouldercrest Road. Mr. Leto's sign reads, 'Help Us, Call Us at 243-8604.' The number is for Villa Alegre Assembly of God Church, which ran the shelter. Wednesday September 7, 1988."
