Caption: "Max Cleland, federal director of veterans affairs, leaves a new VA counseling office at 43 14th Street, NE, in midtown Atlanta, after helping to inaugurate the facility. The center, first of its kind in the Southeast, will provide informal psychological counseling for Vietnam Era veterans who have had trouble re-entering civilian life. While in Atlanta, Cleland also joined Gov. George Busbee to honor the Dunfey Hotel corporation for its leadership role in providing comprehensive facilities for the handicapped in its guestrooms, entrances and public facilities.
