Tim was standing ont eh corner when a man on bicycle dropped a bag containing crack a few yards away. The man on bicycle was arrested, tim was let go after police concluded he was not involved. (Crossed Out: Tim was around a crowd of teenagers who were dealing drugs and were trying to eliminate the evidence after spotting the Red Dog Team in Capitol Homes.
