Cox, former governor of Ohio and Democratic presidential nominee in 1920, alighted from a plane from Miami at Atlanta's Municipal airport preparatory to taking over ownership of The Atlanta Journal. Here he is shown landing Saturday at the same airport, after a flight again from his winter home in Miami, to be on hand to participate in the formal opening starting Monday of The Journal's magnificent new home just across the street from the old one.
