- Printed on assignment sheet: "Story or idea: Ebenezer Baptist Church is building a new sanctuary across the street because of overcrowded conditions in the church and parking. The 10:45a.m. service is the worst for crowding. The new sanctuary is part of many changes proposed in the MLK historic district, including expanded boundaries. Hoping this story will go 1A and great art will be most appreciated. Caption: We were not allowed in the church after the service started. . . that included the fellowship hall where the tv monitors were.
