They pleaded to no avail to be moved, and left. ... Sam and Desiree Tillis in front of their Techwood Homes apartment where drug elements forced them to leave." Newspaper caption: "Sam and Desiree Tillis left their apartment in Clark Howell Homes in August, after he was threatened by drug dealers a second time.
