- Printed on back: "Grady Construction. City. This photo was taken and processed by T. O. Sturdivant, Jr. 502 Glenwood Place, S. E. Atlanta 16, Georgia." Caption: "Grady Hospital Grows. Officials now estimate the new $20,000,000 Grady Hospital is 60 percent completed. The hospital, whcih embraces 29 acres of floor space, was begun in March, 1954. It is expected to be completed in April of next year. The structure, being built by the Fulton-DeKalb Hospital Authority, will have 1,069 beds, 17 operating rooms, 22 emergency rooms, 10 delivery and 12 X-Ray rooms. February 3, 1956"
