Second-class-man David Leveritt, left, is the song of Mr. and Mrs. C. Howard Leveritt, 136 Oakland St., Decatur. First-classman James M. Whitted, who graduates in June, is the song of Mr. and Mrs. John B. Whitted, 2021 English Lane, College Park. The bronze eagler and her eaglets represent the Air Force and the cadets. In the distance are the accordion shaped chapel, still under construction, and Vandenberg Hall, at right, the 1,320 room dormitory. Story and other color pictures on pages 14 and 15. Photo by Kenneth Rogers."
