- Caption: "Police station on wheels opens. Mayor Sam Massell inspects a mobile police precinct station that went into operation Monday on the parking lot at Atlanta Stadium. Summerhill residents asked for the facility, a converted mobile library van, during unrest following the police shooting of a young Negro. A permanent precinct for Summerhill will be housed in a multi-purpose building in the Model Cities area and the portable precinct will then be used elsewhere.
