- Printed on negative envelope: "Rialto Theatre, Forsyth at Lucky Street exteriors. 850724-10 Deal" Printed on assignment sheet: "Story: Howard Pousner is doing a story on this once grand old theater that is now the last bastion of the Kung Fu movies. Need to get several photos exterior, movie posters, maybe the lobby or whatever looks good. The staircase and glass side are what best id's this theater I think. Also there is a sign on door- no radios, weapons, etc."
