- The City Manager’s Office – Photographs (1969-1991, no date) includes 29 folders of photographs collected by the City Manager’s Office which reflect City government activities, programs, and employees. The bulk of the photographs date from 1967 to 1971 when Picot B. Floyd served as Savannah’s City Manager. Of particular interest are photographs of the Savannah Civic Center under construction, and images of the Savannah Fire Department and Savannah Police Department at work.
