Civic Magazine covers a dedication ceremony for a plaque remembering firefighters who have been killed in the line of duty. The plaque is specifically dedicated to Master Firefighter Norman L. Simmons, who was killed in action on October 22, 1991. Speaking at the ceremony are Savannah Fire Chief Joseph E. Hobby, Savannah Fire Department (SFD) Capt. William E. Jones, Poet Carol Howard, who wrote a poem about Simmons, and Master Firefighter Stanley J. Mosley. Segment three: Grayson Stadium renovations, 18:19-20:58. Civic Magazine covers opening night at the recently renovated Grayson Stadium for the Savannah Cardinals, the city's minor league baseball team.
