- Factor's Walk Savannah, Georgia Verso: Factor's Walk Savannah, Georgia During the 19th century the four and five story buildings along the waterfront were home of the bustling cotton market-warehouse below, offices above. Iron walkways connceted the upper stories with the bluff giving corron factors (brokers) east access to their business. This color postcard depicts Factor's Walk just east of City Hall, visible on the right side of the photograph.
