- Description:
- This picture is of a large crowd and, by the Uniforms, the Georgia Railroad Band greeting an unknown visiting dignitary at Union Station. The date of the event is probably in the 1925-1928 time frame due to the uniforms and presence of the Georgia Railroad Band which had its heyday during the tenure of J. Louis Sayer as director.
