George Napoleon "Nap" Rucker was a pitcher for the Brooklyn Superbas, Dodgers, and Robins. After retiring from baseball He served as mayor of Roswell, Georgia from 1935-1936. He was inducted into the Georgia Sports Hall of Fame in 1967. - Local Identifier:
