Morris Finley was an Atlanta politician and businessman. He served on the Atlanta City Council for twenty years and owned a printing, marketing, consultation and promotions firm on Auburn Avenue. Finley was initially elected to the Atlanta City Council through special election in 1986 and represented District 5 for three terms, and Post 18 At-Large for two terms, serving on the Public Safety, Human Resources, City Utilities and Finance council committees. - Local Identifier:
