- This recording opens with singer Johnny Cash's rendition of "Southwind" and an introduction of the program by Boyd Lewis. The first segment, which begins at 1:19, is a feature about Camp Kemo, a camp in Leesville, South Carolina, for children undergoing chemotherapy treatments. The program was produced by Beatrice Black of the South Carolina Educational Network and features audio excerpts from Francis Freedman, a play therapist; volunteer counselor Don Kaufman, and several unidentified children who attended the camp. The second segment, which begins at 6:55, is a feature about the development of the Jimmy Carter Presidential Center and the Presidential Parkway, in Atlanta. The program features audio excerpts from Atlanta architect Richard Grinnell; attorney Robert Lipshutz; Atlanta City Councilman John Lewis; Dan Sweat, Director of Central Atlanta Progress; Richard Stogner of Fulton County Economic Development Office; Atlanta resident Paul Hagan, Mary Dabbs, and Billie Selwyn. The program ends with a sign off by Boyd Lewis.
