- This recording opens with an introduction of the program by Boyd Lewis. The program is a rebroadcast of several past Southwind segments, including a 1982 episode about travelling medicine shows; a 1981 episode about Atlanta Mayor Andrew Young's work in the Civil Rights Movement; a 1986 episode about the publication of the first "Official Atlas of Georgia," and a 1985 commentary by Denis Adelsberger of Atlanta about those who protested the Vietnam War. The program ends with a sign off by Boyd Lewis.
