The McDonald's All-American Games are an annual basketball championship game in a men's and women's category. National teams are selected for an East and West division to play one game with additional skills competitions. McDonald's sponsors the competition with proceeds going to their Ronal McDonald House Charities. The competition began in 1977 and is held in a different city every year.
